    #1 Initial Consultation | 60 minutes 

    During our first session, we’ll dive deep into your nutrition and wellness goals, health history, and optional nutrition assessment results to create a personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan tailored to your needs and goals. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and actionable advice.

    #2 Follow Up  | 35 minutes | 2-3 weeks after initial consultation 

    We’ll assess your progress, discuss any challenges, and refine your nutrition plan if needed to keep you on track. This follow-up will ensure that you’re headed in the right direction

    #3 Reevaluate | 35 minutes | 2-3 weeks after Check-In 

    At this point, we’ll revisit your progress, review your food logs, and adjust your plan as necessary. This session will help us assess how well you’re adjusting and make any necessary tweaks. 

    #4 Check In | 35 minutes | Every 3-4 weeks 

    These sessions provide ongoing support to ensure you remain on track. We’ll continue to refine your plan based on your evolving needs, answer any questions, and help you stay motivated.
