During our first meeting, we’ll discuss your nutrition and wellness goals, go over your health history, & current diet so I can get a good idea of what is going on. We will begin to formulate personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

Nutrition Analysis Questionnaire that provides deeper insight into your Foundational priorities
Before we meet, I recommend you complete a 3-day food journal. (Does not have to be filled out perfectly). And an optional nutritional assessment questionnaire.
I will review them ahead of our meeting to make the most of our time together! You will receive an email with a link to the online client portal called Nutri-Q to fill out these forms if necessary.
30 minute follow up consultations
Follow up consults allow us to monitor your progress and adjust or add to recommendations as needed.
Includes:
Ongoing support and resources from initial consultation. I usually recommend follow up visits 2-3 weeks after your initial consult.
This allows you time to implement the changes and your body to feel the changes from the recommendations!
